Sara is a junior from Tampa, Florida double majoring in Psychology and Statistics with a certificate in Science and the Public. She began her musical journey as an instrumentalist- she's played bassoon for seven years and flute for six. She even dabbled in oboe for a semester (that was an adventure!) But now, she feels so blessed that she found SBSB and believes joining was the best decision she has made since coming to Duke.

Misha is a junior from Menlo Park, California. He is pursuing a mechanical engineering degree and hopes to explore courses in the liberal arts. He started singing in a choir in second grade, and couldn't seem to get enough since. When he isn't singing with SBSB or the Duke Chorale, you can find Misha exploring Durham's food scene, building something in the engineering labs, or playing volleyball with friends.

When she's not studying or singing, you'll probably spot her running with her roommate, doing yoga, or making multiple unnecessary trips to Harris Teeter. She is beyond excited to be a part of the SBSB family and share some beautiful music with the Duke and Durham community.

Damilola Bankole is a Duke senior from Atlanta, Georgia. She is so excited to be apart of the SBSB fam. She has been singing since forever, but when she is not singing she enjoys performing in theatre productions, playing piano, cooking (she’s a massive foodie), and working out. As of right now, Damilola wants to be a doctor in the future so her plan is to double major in Global Health and Spanish on the premed track. She absolutely loves languages and hopes to be able to know at least seven languages at some point in her life (she already knows four rn). She is so grateful for the opportunity to be apart of a community in which she can worship God and explore her passion of singing at the same time and she can’t wait to perform with the best a capella group on campus! ;)
